As Technical Project Engineer, you combine structured project leadership with hands-on engineering. You enjoy bringing engineering, partners, and documentation together into one coherent whole. We work closely with leading hospitals across Europe and are preparing for expansion in Europe, the US, Middle East, and Asia.

Your role

You lead a key technical program: integrating the Bambi Belt solution with neonatal ventilators and supporting development activities related to dEMG-based ventilator triggering. You keep timelines, deliverables, documentation, and risk work under control—while coordinating effectively across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical project to integrate the Bambi Belt solution with neonatal ventilators, including timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering activities between Bambi Medical, external partners, and suppliers.
• Translate clinical and technical requirements into clear specifications.
• Support development activities related to dEMG-based ventilator triggering.
• Maintain structured project documentation in line with medical device standards (ISO 13485 and applicable standards).
• Prepare technical files, verification plans, and design documentation.
• Support risk management and usability engineering activities.
• Report project status and risks to management, escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline (preferrably in (embedded) software).
• 3–7 years of experience in technical project engineering or product development.
• Experience with medical device development is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable managing both engineering tasks and project coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Able to create clear documentation and maintain traceability.
• Hands-on, proactive, and motivated by delivering high-quality results.
• Enjoy working with external partners and multidisciplinary teams.
