Irwin Reiss is Professor of Neonatology and head of the division of Neonatology at the Erasmus MC – Sophia Children’s Hospital. His main focus of research is, among others, a cardiopulmonary adaptation of the preterm baby, as well as the pulmonary vascular disease in bronchopulmonary dysplasia. He is (co)author of over 100 international peer-reviewed publications. He is a member of national and international professional societies and a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals.
Arend Bos is Professor of Pediatrics and Neonatology and head of the division Neonatology of the Beatrix Children’s Hospital, located at the University Medical Center Groningen. His expertise and research focuses on neonatal brain function and the development of children. Arend Bos is a member of the General Movements Trust. Since 2011 he has been an ambassador of the foundation Make a Memory.
Dr. Jeroen Hutten is a pediatric neonatologist at Amsterdam University Medical Center. Besides working as a pediatric neonatologist, he also works as a postdoctoral researcher. His interests lie in the monitoring of respiratory regulation and the treatment of respiratory dysregulation of premature neonates.
Dr. Thilo Mohns is a neonatologist and head of the department for Pediatrics and Neonatology at Maxima Medisch Centrum. His work among others focuses on neonatal care, neonatal pulmonology, and neonatal hemodynamics. Since 2022 he has been elected a member of the Dutch Pediatric Association (NVK).
