Bambi Medical is proud to announce the installation of a supervisory board consisting of highly experienced professionals with a diverse background! The supervisory board members have extensive experience in company development, both for early start ups as well as big corporates. They will supervise our activities and give advice/guidance on all aspects of the company. The members of the supervisory board are: Daniel Schobben, an Executive Consultant at Techdysis; Frits van Hout, an Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer at ASML and Hans Kaufmann, former CEO of Norit.

Daniel, the chairman for the supervisory board, is an entrepreneur with a vast operational experience. He has a strong track record in raising venture capital and non-dilutive funds (€45M+). Previously he founded multiple high-tech startups, and coached other startups during their founding and initial growth phase. He managed a large corporate venture portfolio, evaluated equity participations and performed due diligences to support mergers and acquisitions.

Frits rejoined ASML in early 2001 as a Vice President Customer Support, having previously been with the company from its founding in 1984 through 1992. In this period he has held several positions in engineering, program management and sales. In 2008, he was appointed as an Executive Vice President Integral Efficiency and was appointed as a member of ASML's Board of Management in 2009.
Frits is also a member of the Board of the Stichting Brainport, the Eindhoven Region Economic Development Board.

Hans held financial management positions at Pakhoed (Royal Vopak), Holec and Verenigde Bedrijven Bredero and general management positions at Norit and Nyloplast (Hydratic Industries). He served as an interim manager for Van Berkel Patent and AVR (Van Gansewinkel). He is a certified coach. His specific skills are in the field of company development, restructuring and the coaching of management teams.
Hans is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Emotional Brain, a pharmaceutical company.
